[PATCH 3/3] Staging: silicom: remove the EXPORT_SYMBOL_NOVERS macro

Since all references to EXPORT_SYMBOL_NOVERS have been removed,
we can remove its definition from bp_mod.h and bypasslib/bplibk.h.
