[PATCH] serial: omap: Initialize platform_data

Otherwise serial driver would crash accessing platform_data that was
not initialized in functions like:

        serial_omap_pm(...)
        ...
        if (!state && pdata->enable_wakeup)
                   ^^^^^^^
        ...
