[PATCH 9/9][v5] powerpc/perf: Update perf-mem man page for Power

[Sukadev Bhattiprolu]

Add a few lines to the perf-mem man page to indicate:

	- its dependence on the mem-loads and mem-stores events

	- how to use the feature on Power architecture.
