[PATCH v2 5/6] bitops: Introduce BIT_ULL

[Srinivas Pandruvada]

Adding BIT(x) equivalent for unsigned long long type, BIT_ULL(x). Also
added BIT_ULL_MASK and BIT_ULL_WORD.
