[PATCH cgroup/for-3.13-fixes] cgroup: fix cgroup_create() errorhandling path

This patch was posted back in Aug, got reviewed and acked.
Unfortunately, I somehow forgot to apply it and Vladimir reported the
same problem.  Refreshed the patch, updated commit message and
committed to libata/for-3.13-fixes.  The original posting is
