[PATCH 04/10] perf timechart: Get number of CPUs from perf header

From: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo
Date: Tue Dec 17 2013 - 15:52:34 EST

From: Stanislav Fomichev <stfomichev@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Print all CPUs, even if there were no events (use perf header to get
number of CPUs).

This is required to support topology in the next patch.
