[PATCH] checkpatch.pl: Fix wrong curly bracket position reporting

This patch fixes wrong curly bracket position reporting when function
declarations have only one void argument.

Missing error (ERROR: space required before the open brace '{') on this
situation :

int foo(void){
	...
}
