[PATCH 1/3] regulator: core: Fix checkpatch issue

Fix the following checkpatch errors and warnings.
  ERROR: trailing whitespace
  ERROR: return is not a function, parentheses are not required
  WARNING: braces {} are not necessary for single statement blocks
