[PATCH 01/12] [arch/tile] Remove obsolete strict_strto calls

Subject: [PATCH 01/12] [arch/tile] replace strict_strto* call with kstrto*

remove obsolete calls to strict_strto* and replace them
with kstrto* calls accordingly.
