[PATCH v4] staging: lustre: lclient: fixing coding style issues

Resending patches as per changes recommend by "oleg.drokin@xxxxxxxxx" for 1/8 and 7/8.
PATCH 1/8: Now have removed the '+' to make the code more straight forward.
The patch v3 7/7 is now split into two separate patches as both are related diff warning or error.
