[PATCH] scripts: sortextable: change type and initialise variable

[Klemen Jan Enova]

Change the type of 'relocs_size' from 'int' to 'Elf32_Word' and 
initialize it to 0, to fix the "maybe uninitialised variable" compiler 
warning.
