[PATCH] pcmcia: Remove typedef tuple_flags

[Himangi Saraogi]

The Linux kernel coding style guidelines suggest not using typedefs
for structure types. This patch gets rid of the typedef for tuple_flags.

The following Coccinelle semantic patch makes the transformation.
