[PATCH] ACPI / platform / LPSS: disable async suspend/resume of LPSS devices

[Fu Zhonghui]

LPSS devices must suspend/resume in fixed order. Or some LPSS devices
will hang during the transition to ACPI_STATE_D0 state.
