[patch -rt 2/2] KVM: lapic: mark LAPIC timer handler as irqsafe

[Marcelo Tosatti]

Since lapic timer handler only wakes up a simple waitqueue,
it can be executed from hardirq context.

Reduces average cyclictest latency by 3us.
