unlikely is not commonly used here.

I might be better to separate the declaration and the alloc
{
	[...]
	struct usb_functionfs_event *events;

	events = kcalloc(n, sizeof(*events), GFP_KERNEL);
	if (!events)
		return -ENOMEM;
