[PATCH] arch: mips: kernel: traps: Remove some unused functions

Removes some functions that are not used anywhere:
do_bp() do_ftlb() do_dsp() do_mcheck() do_mdmx() do_msa() do_msa_fpe()

This was partially found by using a static code analysis program called cppcheck.
