[GIT PULL] Updates to AFS filesystem

Hi Linus,

Could you pull these updates to the AFS filesystem please?  There are two
sets:

 (1) Replacements of rcu_assign_pointer() with RCU_INIT_POINTER().

 (2) Usage of 64-bit times on all arches to help deal with the 2038 problem.
