This series fixes the calculation of the residual bytes and adds support for
memory to memory scatter-gather transfers.

Changes from V1:
   * Fixed coding style of the multi-line comments.
   * Improved accuracy of the residue calculation.

   * Fixed residue calculation for 'slave_sg' transfers.
