Hi Ingo,

This has held up well in -next for several days, and the code looks
correct to me. No one has anything interesting to say about the code
lately. The KERNEL_STACK_OFFSET stuff you objected to isn't in here.

Please consider pulling. I haven't made a new "pr" tag, since the
code is unchanged from the version I emailed out last week.
