[PATCH] NVMe: Fix error handling of class_create("nvme")

[Alexey Khoroshilov]

class_create() returns ERR_PTR on failure,
so IS_ERR() should be used instead of check for NULL.

Found by Linux Driver Verification project (linuxtesting.org).
