4.0-rc2+: PATA CF card not detected in PCMCIA slot

Aha, I was confused; the oops is with 3.18, not with 4.0. For 4.0,
pcmcia does not work at all:

[  622.840108] pcmcia_socket pcmcia_socket0: pccard: PCMCIA card inserted into slot 0
