[PATCH 07/09] tick: Make tick_resume_broadcast_oneshot static

From: Rafael J. Wysocki
Date: Wed Mar 25 2015 - 07:50:59 EST

From: Thomas Gleixner <tglx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Solely used in tick-broadcast.c and the return value is hardcoded 0.
Make it static and void.
