[PATCH 11/11] clocksource: efm32: Use CLOCK_EVT_FEAT_PERIODIC for defining features

We have used CLOCK_EVT_MODE_PERIODIC instead of CLOCK_EVT_FEAT_PERIODIC while
defining features. Fix it.
