[PATCH] mfd: fix rt5033 build, needs to select REGMAP_IRQ

rt5033.c uses regmap_irq*() intefaces so it should select
REGMAP_IRQ to fix build errors.

ERROR: "regmap_add_irq_chip" [drivers/mfd/rt5033.ko] undefined!
