[PATCH] selftests/futex: Add -pthread to CFLAGS and LDFLAGS

Certain environments fail to build with the "-lpthread -lrt" LDFLAGS.
Using "-pthread" instead of "-lpthread" resolves this and is the
documented mechanism in the gcc man page.
