[PATCH] staging: lustre: obdclass: fix macro coding style issue in uuid.c

This patch fixes the checkpatch.pl error:

ERROR: Macros with complex values should be enclosed in parentheses
+#define CONSUME(val, ptr) (val) = consume(sizeof(val), (ptr))
