[GIT PULL] kbuild misc fixes for v4.2-rc1

Hi Linus,

this is the non-critical part of kbuild:
- usual make deb-pkg/rpm improvements
- .gitignore additions
- grammar cleansing in scripts/coccinelle
- new coccinelle semantic patch
