[PATCH v2 2/7] Documentation: bindings: document the clocks for pxa3xx-nand

The pxa3xx nand driver can optionally uses clocks if needed. Currently
two clocks can be specified: 'nfc' and 'ecc'. Add the corresponding
documentation.
