[PATCH 2/3] selftests/x86: Disable sigreturn_64

From: Andy Lutomirski
Date: Mon Aug 17 2015 - 15:23:57 EST

sigreturn_64 was broken by ed596cde9425 ("Revert x86 sigcontext
cleanups"). Turn it off until we have a better fix.
