[PATCH v8 4/8] perf config: Add a option 'list-all' to perf-config

From: Taeung Song
Date: Fri Oct 30 2015 - 08:06:04 EST

A option 'list-all' is to display both current config variables and
all possible config variables with default values.
The syntax examples are like below

perf config [<file-option>] [options]

display all perf config with default values.
# perf config -a | --list-all
