I would be interested to get the arm and mips allmodconfig builds
working if it's not too hard.

I don't even know what this is.
I don't think 3.2 has any support either for ARM multiplatform, or
vexpress-a15 (arch/arm/mach-vexpress/Kconfig only mentions A9).
