[PATCH] drivers: staging: vme: Fixed code style issues

* Fixed indention
* Deleted extra empty lines
* Constructions that looks like
card = kzalloc(sizeof(struct pio2_card), GFP_KERNEL);
are changed to
card = kzalloc(sizeof(*card), GFP_KERNEL);
