[PATCH] arm64: Support VDSO remapping

[Christopher Covington]

Some applications such as Checkpoint/Restore In Userspace (CRIU) remap and
unmap the VDSO. Add support for this to the AArch64 kernel by copying in
the PowerPC code with slight modifications.
