[PATCH] x86, calgary: constify cal_chipset_ops structures

From: Julia Lawall
Date: Sat Nov 28 2015 - 11:10:53 EST

The cal_chipset_ops structures are never modified, so declare them
as const.

Done with the help of Coccinelle.
