[PULL] ACPI support for GICv2m

While I was really thinking that the GIC stuff was over and done with
for this release, people have been busy Acking patches. Who wants
another helping of GIC for Christmas? ;-)

So here is the next batch of ACPI-related changes for the GIC family,
this time affecting the GICv2m MSI controller code.

This series adds a hook in both the MSI and ACPI layers in order to
match a PCI bus with its MSI controller (similar to what we have done
for DT in the previous iterations), and then proceed with adapting the
GICv2m driver to ACPI.

The MSI and ACPI related parts have been acked by Bjorn and Rafael.
