Q (boot messages, GA-MA770T-UD3P): "ACPI Exception: AE_NOT_FOUND, While evaluating Sleep State" and others

I have questions on some boot error messages for my AMD Phenom2 system (GA-MA770T-UD3P board):

: kernel: mtrr: your CPUs had inconsistent variable MTRR settings
: kernel: mtrr: probably your BIOS does not setup all CPUs.

For this message there are no futher details; I can only guess.

So I guess the system has no sleep sattes S1 and S2; right?

What's the problem with _OSC here?

I also don't understand these:

So is the first block just a warning that the PnP system found a conflict _before_ assigning final address ranges, or what does it mean?

Does this mean AMD powersaving is not working well?

Can someone explain what this means?

Does this mean a watchdog was found and cannot be used for some obscure reason?
