Q (boot messages, GA-MA770T-UD3P): "ACPI Exception: AE_NOT_FOUND, While evaluating Sleep State" and others

I have questions on some boot error messages for my AMD Phenom2 system (GA-MA770T-UD3P board):
: kernel: mtrr: your CPUs had inconsistent variable MTRR settings

For this message there are no futher details; I can only guess.

What's the problem with _OSC here?
