[PATCH 4/4] netfilter: ipv4: spaces preferred around operators

Fix the checkpatch.pl issues:
CHECK: spaces preferred around that '&' (ctx:VxV)
CHECK: spaces preferred around that '<<' (ctx:VxV)
CHECK: spaces preferred around that '-' (ctx:VxV)
CHECK: spaces preferred around that '+' (ctx:VxV)
