[PATCH] ubsan: cosmetic fix to Kconfig text

[Yang Shi]

When enabling UBSAN_SANITIZE_ALL, the kernel image size gets increased
significantly (~3x). So, it sounds better to have some note in Kconfig.

And, fixed a typo.
