Early feedback: There are multiple build failures.

Building tile:tilegx_defconfig ... failed
	(just one example, this also affects other architectures)

Bisect points to 'bitops: Do not default to __clear_bit() for
__clear_bit_unlock()'. Reverting this patch fixes the problem.
