New TAB chair announcement

I'm pleased to announce that at last weeks Technical Advisory Board
meeting, the TAB elected Chris Mason as the chair* and re-elected Jon
Corbet as vice-chair.

Chris & Jon, congratulations to you. I'm honoured to be able to work
with you both, and I know you will do an excellent job.

*Chris is taking over from me. I served as chair for 1.5 years.
Earlier this year I decided not to stand for re-election due to
overcommitment in several areas. However, I am remaining as a regular
TAB representative.
