IPI_CPU_BACKTRACE - disable tracing patch

IPI_CPU_BACKTRACE is special and is not traceable . 
is the patch enclosed in above discussion finalized and queued up for release on kernel.org ?
As I see , it has not been released till v4.7-rc4 .
