[PATCH v11 2/8] i2c: octeon: Split the driver into two parts

From: Jan Glauber
Date: Wed Aug 24 2016 - 17:27:38 EST

Move common functionality into a separate file in preparation of the
re-use from the ThunderX i2c driver.

Functions are slightly re-ordered but no other changes are included.
