Ah, I see. So that's deadlock on semaphores, that's not easily detectable.

4044 just holds a normal rcu_read_lock lock during sysrq processing.
I've sent the sysrq after the deadlock happened.
The bad guy is 4470, he holds fsnotify_mark_srcu.
