[PATCH] sched/deadline: document behavior of sched_yield()

this is the reworked text following the comments by Luca, Juri and Daniel
(thanks everybody), namely:
-) "throttled" instead of "suspended"
-) no more "reservation period" is mentioned -- just "period"
