[PATCH V2] staging: ks7010: Fix warnings on printk() usage

This patch fixes the following warnings on ks7010_sdio.c
1. printk() should include KERN_ facility level
2. Prefer [subsystem eg: netdev]_err([subsystem]dev, ...
then dev_err(dev, ... then pr_err(... to printk(KERN_ERR ...
