[PATCH 2/5] block: DAC960: print a hex number after a 0x prefix

From: Uwe Kleine-KÃnig
Date: Wed Oct 26 2016 - 08:57:23 EST

It makes the message hard to interpret correctly if a base 10 number is
prefixed by 0x. So change to a hex number.
