[PATCH] Avoid nested function definition

Fixes below error with clang:

                ^
../drivers/md/bcache/sysfs.c:789:32: error: use of undeclared identifier 'cmp'
                sort(p, n, sizeof(uint16_t), cmp, NULL);
                                             ^
2 errors generated.
