[PATCH v6 4/5] mtd: nand: implement 'max_bad_blocks' mtd function

From: Zach Brown
Date: Wed Nov 30 2016 - 11:58:59 EST

Implement the new mtd function 'max_bad_blocks'. Using the chip's
max_bb_per_die and blocks_per_die fields to determine the maximum bad
blocks to reserve for an MTD.
