[PATCH] platform: chrome: Add Tablet Switch ACPI driver

Add a kernel driver for GOOG0006, an ACPI driver reporting an event when
the tablet switch status changes.
On an ACPI based convertible chromebook check evtest display tablet mode
switch changes:
