[PATCH 05/14] RDMA/cxgb4: Return an error code only as a constant in ep_open()

* Return an error code without storing it in an intermediate variable.

* Adjust jump targets according to the Linux coding style convention.

* Delete the local variable "ret" which became unnecessary with
this refactoring.
